"Not quite what I thought I was ordering"
I’m not sure if it was just the one I received, but the bouquet definitely didn’t look like the picture. I expected it to be close, and it just felt way different when it arrived. Kind of disappointing, honestly.

"Pretty flowers, but am I missing something?"
The flowers themselves were fresh and the colors were really pretty, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was bad. But am I missing something, or did it look a lot fuller in the photo? In person, the arrangement felt a little plain and not quite as impressive as I expected. It was still decent and presentable, just not anything that really wowed me. For the price, I’d say it was okay

"Flowers were okay, but the whole experience was annoying"
The flowers themselves looked fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up dented and kind of messy, which made it feel less special right away. On top of that, the constant aggressive reminders were really irritating, I don’t need to be chased that much after placing an order.

"Had to wait it out, but it still disappointed"
I tried to be patient and give it a chance, but the flowers looked sad when they arrived. The person I sent them to was clearly disappointed, which was frustrating after having to just wait and hope it would turn out fine.

The flowers that showed up weren’t the ones I picked, which was disappointing. Reading between the lines, it feels like they either swapped the bouquet without saying anything or just mixed up the order. Either way, it wasn’t what I paid for or expected

"Add-on really wasn’t worth the extra cost"
The flowers themselves were fine, so I’ll give them that, but the add-on gift was disappointing. It looked a lot cheaper than it did in the photos, and the packaging seemed like it had been thrown together in a hurry. I paid extra expecting something a bit nicer, so i’m politely annoyed and wouldn’t add it again.

"I feel dumb for trusting their tracking"
The tracking was basically useless the entire time. It never showed anything helpful, my order showed up late, and I was just left guessing the whole way through. i feel stupid for trusting them with this order. I won’t be ordering again.

"Pretty frustrating to use on my phone"
I tried ordering flowers on my phone, but the website was annoying to deal with. The pages loaded slowly, the filters didn’t really help me narrow anything down, and the checkout kept jumping around while I was trying to enter my info. I ended up giving up after a while. Pretty much not the smooth experience I was hoping for.

I had a frustrating experience with the refund and replacement process. The flowers showed up not looking good, and I thought it would be fixed quickly, but nope, it turned into a bunch of back-and-forth messages. The replacement option didn’t really help, and getting a refund felt way harder than it needed to be. I got tired of chasing them about it. I wouldn’t order from them again.

They’ve got some nice flower options, and overall it’s not a bad selection. I just felt like a lot of the arrangements looked similar after a while, you know? I was hoping for a few more color choices or styles that stood out a bit more. Still decent, though, just didn’t totally wow me.

I ordered flowers from Floral Garage Singapore because I need it delivered in the morning, but it only shows up much later in the day.
I was checking my phone and waiting around the whole time, and it kind of ruin the plan. I get that delays happen sometimes, but the update they give was not very clear either.
By the time the flowers came, the moment already passed. I’m really not happy with the timing, and I wouldn’t trust them again for anything that need to arrive on time.

I just don’t think it’s worth the price. It feels like you might be paying more for the brand or packaging than the actual product, but that’s just my guess. Overall, it was too pricey for what I got

"Nice idea, but the flowers weren’t very fresh"
The bouquet was arranged nicely and I liked the colors, so I was really hoping it would make a great gift. Unfortunately, it didn’t look very fresh when it arrived, some of the petals were already browning and a few stems were drooping. I was disappointed, especially since it was for someone else. That said, the overall design was pretty, so I just wish the flowers had arrived in better condition

"Used to feel more upfront"
I feel like the pricing used to be a lot clearer. At first, the price looked fine, but then extra charges showed up later and made the whole checkout process kind of frustrating. Maybe I missed something, but I’d much rather see the full cost upfront instead of being surprised near the end. Disappointing compared to how it felt before.

"Birthday Flowers Were a Letdown"
I ordered flowers as a birthday gift it was disappointing. The delivery timing wasn’t right, and when the bouquet finally showed up, it looked way smaller than the photos made it seem. I also had to keep chasing for updates, which is never fun when you’re trying to send someone a nice surprise. I felt like I was being forced to stay patient the whole time, even though I just wanted to know what was going on. Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine definitely didn’t feel worth it.

I wasn’t in the best mood at the time, so maybe it bothered me more than usual, but the delivery guy was rude and didn’t come across as very professional. The whole interaction just felt a bit unpleasant.

Got a bouquet from Floral Garage SG and it looked alright when it came. The colours were and the arrangement was neat, but a few of the flowers already looked a bit tired.

For the price, I thought it would be fresher. Still fine as a gift, just not quite like the photos

I thought the promo was going to make a real difference, but once I saw the final price, the discount barely helped. It felt more like a flashy deal than actual savings. I was expecting better value, so it was disappointing. I’d appreciate some acknowledgment or even an apology, because it didn’t feel very transparent.
